QP Design & Installation
We help to offer design & consulting services to ensure the archiecture meets relevant NEA & SCDF safety regulations.
Obtain NOA & FSC Permits
We can also help you get the required permits, Notice of approval & fire certificates from the relevant authorities for you to commence work.
Hydrostatic Test
Hydrostatic Test: Required every 5 years to check for tank tightness and detect leaks (or Pressure Test with Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging may be acceptable).
Radiographic Test
Radiographic Test: Required every 10 years to check for hidden weld flaws, cracks, and metal degradation.
Mandatory Pressure Testing
To ensure the safety of in-service bulk tanks, SCDF requires regular inspections and tests certified by a Professional Engineer
Issue Test Certificate
After successful testing, we are able to issue test certificates that allow you to continue with the project works quickly.
Supply & Install Equipment
From the fuel tank, fuel pumps, to fuel line, we supply, install & certify all the equipment required for your success.
PE Endorsement
Our PE will witness these tests & sign off. This allows the system to start operations.

Is there a minimum project size to work with you?

I am a main contractor, can I subcontract work to you?
Yes we work with main contractors as well. Do reach out to us for a discussion on your needs.
Are you able to assist with getting approvals for certifications?
Yes securing the required certifications is part of our service. We can help with the various SCDF certifications such as NOA & FSC, as well as PE certification.
Do you supply the equipment & hardware as well?
Yes we manufacture and distribute our own devices suitable for monitoring, alerting, and management of fuel tank systems. In this was we can control the full system quality from start to end, and also can better support your aftersales servicing.
